Puff & Pour is a BYOC (Bring Your Own Cannabis) experience. Please consume responsibly. Guests are responsible for arranging safe transportation and should never drive if they are impaired. We encourage the use of designated drivers or rideshare services such as Uber or Lyft.

Cancellations
NaturalAnnie Essentials Candle Making experiences are norefundable.
-You may reschedule a reservation once. Guest may request to postpone the event to an alternative date, subject to availability. Please email us at info@naturalannieessentials.com
-If you are a no show for your event, then your money is forfeited since we held that time slot and made preparations for your arrival.
-Guest is not relieved of any payment obligations for cancelled services, rescheduled Services, failing to show up for your booked event.
-In the case of unforeseen circumstances, such as natural disasters (snow storms, heat waves, storm, etc.), pandemics, or other events beyond the control of the client or the candle bar, a mutual agreement will be reached regarding potential rescheduling or refunds on a case by case basis
Refund Policy
RETURNS/EXCHANGE
We'll accept returns and exchanges of unopened or unused product once contacted within 7 days of delivery. Items must also be in the original packaging.
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
REFUNDS (if applicable):
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
SHIPPING:
Please allow for 3-5 business days for your order to be processed. Orders do not ship out the same day as they were ordered.
If you need an order shipped ASAP please email us at info@naturalannieessentials.com and we will work hard to get it out quickly.
We are not responsible for packages that are stolen or lost once they have been scanned by USPS. If a package has been marked "Delivered" but has not been received by the recipient, it generally shows up 3-4 days later. However, we cannot refund products or shipping.
ALL ORDERS ARE INSURED UNLESS YOU OPT-OUT OF OUR SHIPPING INSURANCE THAT IS OFFERED BY ROUTE INSURANCE!
