• What is a candle making experience?

A candle making experience is a hands-on, instructor led candle making activity where you get to create your own custom candles from start to finish, choosing your preferred fragrance, color, and design, resulting in a unique and personalized candle that you can take home and enjoy!

  • What do I get for $65?

A fun hands-on candle making and wine-sipping experience in our cozy, intimate studio under the stars. All candle making materials are included and adults get to make 1 9oz candles and 1 wax melt, children make 1 4oz candle and 1 wax melt.  We have a live DJ for you to enjoy age appropriate music during the event and games to play as you wait for your candles.

  • What is provided at the event?

We provide your candle making tools, plastic cups, napkins, light snacks and water, and some good music!

  • How many people does the $65 cover?

$65 is the fee for 1 adult attending the event

  • I can no longer attend, can I get a refund?

Unfortunately not. We have a no refund policy on candle making experiences. You may however email us at info@naturalannieessentials.com to reschedule your session.

  • I purchased a ticket for a special event but can no longer attend , can I get a refund or reschedule?

Unfortunately not. We have a no refund policy on all candle making experiences. Special events such as our Game night, Holiday parties etc. cannot be rescheduled. In the event you cannot make it, please email us at info@naturalannieessentials.com for a credit to be used online at naturalannieessentials.com

  • Do I need to complete the waiver before I can participate?

YES! The waiver must be completed. You can also find it HERE

  • How long does the candle making experience last?

Each experience lasts for 1.5 hours.

  •  Can children participate?

Yes! children ages 5+  accompanied by an adult can participate in a candle making experience.

  • Do you accept walk-ins?

Unfortunately not at this time.

  • Can I reserve a date and pay after?

No. Payment must be made to reserve a date.

  • Are private parties available?

YES! Have a special day, event, group you want to enjoy this experience with? then email us at info@naturalannieessentials.com to book a private party Must be at least 10 guests. Private parties available for adults and children.

  • We are celebrating a birthday, can I bring a cake?

YES! you most certainly can bring a cake and food

  • How long does a private event last for?

The sip & pour candle making session lasts for 1.5 hours, additional time may be added for $100 per hour.

  • Can we tip the staff?

Absolutely! our team work extremely hard to ensure you have an amazing experience so tips are always appreciated. 

  • What is the maximum number of people that can attend a private party?

Up to 50 guests can attend a private candle making party. If you have a larger group please shoot us an email at info@naturalannieessentials.com and let us know and we can make additional preparation.

  • Can I rent the space to host an event without doing the candle making?

YES! We also offer event space rental. See more HERE.

  • What happens in the event there is a snow storm or severe weather conditions?

In the event of severe weather conditions we will reschedule all sessions for the day. We will send you a notification via email with a reschedule link for you to pick a new date. No refunds will be given in these cases, guest must reschedule to a time that works for them.

  • Do we have to bring our own alcoholic beverages?

Yes, this is a BYOB (bring your own beverage) event. Light snacks and water will be provided.

  • Can we bring food to a Sip & Pour

Yes! you can bring food, just let us know ahead of time so we can make a table available for you if needed. Also please arrive at least 15 minutes prior to the start of your event to setup your food.

  • Can I use a NaturalAnnie Essentials coupon towards my candle making experience order?

Unfortunately not.

  • Do you have good parking?

Yes! we have a lot of parking!

  • Can I bring my 3month old baby with me, if I booked one of the candle making experiences?

Yes you can, but please be aware as this is a BYOB experience there will be some drinking at the event and music.

  • We are a business & interested in a session for our staff, do you travel? 

Yes! we can can bring the candle making experience to you. There is a minimum of 10 guests required to book a candle making experience and an additional travel fee.  Please complete your request HERE

  • Can we book a session to be done at our corporate/business location on a Saturday?

Unfortunately we are not able to travel to you on a Saturday as Saturdays are reserved for in-studio events only nat this time.

  • I’m interested in renting your space for my birthday
Yes you can!
The difference:
- Candle making experience: You participate in making candles and get the full experience with a DJ. See More
- Event space rental: No candle making is involved, you are simply renting our studio to host your event. See More
