We are still shipping daily in the order in which your order was made.

Please allow 5-7 business days for your order to be shipped.

All NaturalAnnie Essentials merchandise (shirts/mugs) ships via our 3rd party provider. If you order these items with candles or body products, they will be shipped separately. Separate tracking is provided for that merchandise.

Due to the impacts of COVID-19, packages traveling via Priority Mail and First Class Package Service may take extra time to be delivered.

Expected Delivery Changes for Priority Mail and First-Class Package Services

U.S. Postal Service Priority Mail products and First-Class packages may require more time to be delivered due to limited transportation availability as a result of the ongoing Coronavirus Disease (COVID-19) impacts to the United States.

The Postal Service’s flagship Priority Mail Express service, which guarantees overnight service, will not change.

Service commitments for local 1-day Priority Mail will not change.

Priority Mail’s two and three day service commitments now will be extended to three and four days respectively. Customers will continue to receive end-to-end visibility and improved product tracking, as well as up to $50 in free insurance.

With the extra day extension, customers should expect delivery using Priority Mail Open and Distribute (PMOD) to range from two to four days nationwide.

First-Class Package Service (FCPS) two and three day service commitments will also be extended to three and four days respectively.

Global Express Guaranteed Services also have been altered. For a full list of international and domestic updates, refer to usps.com.

CANDLES CANNOT BE RETURNED IF THEY HAVE BEEN BURNED.

RETURNS/EXCHANGE
We'll accept returns and exchanges of unopened or unused product once contacted within 7 days of delivery. Items must also be in the original packaging.
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

REFUNDS (if applicable):
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

SHIPPING:
Please allow for 3-5 business days for your order to be processed. Orders do not ship out the same day as they were ordered.

We are not responsible for packages that are stolen or lost once they have been scanned by USPS. If a package has been marked "Delivered" but has not been received by the recipient, it generally shows up 3-4 days later. However, we cannot refund products or shipping.
