2021 Holiday Shipping Updates
- Orders are processed in the order in which they were received
- Please allow for 3-5 business days for your order to be processed. Orders do not ship out the same day as they were ordered.
- If you need an order shipped ASAP you may add on the RUSH MY ORDER option to your order for your order to go out immediately or the next business day depending on the time of day order is received.
- All NaturalAnnie Essentials merchandise (shirts/mugs) ships via our 3rd party provider. If you order these items with candles, they will be shipped separately. Separate tracking is provided for that merchandise.
- Due to the impacts of COVID-19, packages traveling via Priority Mail and First Class Package Service may take extra time to be delivered.
- If you are local you may shop online and pick up your order at our studio.
- We are located at 1313 Connecticut Ave, 2-13, Bridgeport CT 06607 (entrance to our studio is in the back of the building)
- Pick up hours are: Mon- Fri: 10am-3pm
LOST / STOLEN PACKAGES
- We are not responsible for packages that are stolen or lost once they have been scanned by USPS. If a package has been marked "Delivered" but has not been received by the recipient, it generally shows up 3-4 days later. However, we cannot refund products or shipping.
ALL ORDERS ARE INSURED UNLESS YOU OPT-OUT OF OUR SHIPPING INSURANCE THAT IS OFFERED BY ROUTE INSURANCE!
- If you need to file a claim for a missing, lost, or damaged order please enter your Order # and the Email Address that is associated with your order on our NaturalAnnie Essentials Shipping Insurance Claim Site https://claims.route.com
- CANDLES CANNOT BE RETURNED IF THEY HAVE BEEN BURNED.
- We'll accept returns and exchanges of unopened or unused product once contacted within 7 days of delivery. Items must also be in the original packaging.
Shipping fees are not refundable.
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

REFUNDS (if applicable):
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
