Candle Bar & Private Party Policies
Please review the following policies carefully. By booking a candle-making experience or private party with NaturalAnnie Essentials, you acknowledge and agree to all terms outlined below.
1. Reservations, Payments & Refunds
Public Candle Bar Experiences

All candle-making experiences are non-refundable.

Full payment is required at the time of booking.

Bookings are made online in advance to ensure proper setup, materials, and staffing.
Private Parties
-
A non-refundable reservation payment of 50% is required to secure the date and time.
-
The remaining balance is due 10 days prior to the scheduled event.
-
All private candle making experiences will incur a 20% private party fee.
-
Private candle making experiences are non-refundable.
- Private candle making experiences hosted by NaturalAnnie Essentials Candle Bar off site will incur a 20% travel fee.
Why Our Experiences Are Non-Refundable
All candle-making experiences and private events at NaturalAnnie Essentials are non-refundable due to the advance planning and operational costs required for each session.
Once a booking is confirmed, we immediately:

Secure and schedule the appropriate number of team members needed to operate the class

Prepare and stage materials for each guest

Allocate staff time for setup, facilitation, and breakdown
These costs are incurred regardless of attendance. Issuing refunds would result in a financial loss, as staff must still be compensated and preparation work has already been completed.
For this reason, refunds are not issued for cancellations, late arrivals, no-shows, or missed communications.
2. Cancellation, Rescheduling, Late Arrival & No-Show Policy
General Policy (applies to all candle bar bookings)

All bookings are non-refundable.

Last-minute cancellations and no-shows result in forfeited payments.
-
Clients are not relieved of payment obligations for cancellations, reschedules, late arrivals, or failure to attend.
Public Candle Bar Experiences
-
Guests receive a 15-minute grace period after the scheduled start time.
-
After 15 minutes, the class will already be in progress and late entry is not permitted, as it disrupts the experience.
-
Late arrivals must reschedule and are not eligible for refunds.
-
Guests may reschedule up to two (2) times, provided the request is made at least 24 hours in advance.
-
After two reschedules, the booking is forfeited.
Private Parties
-
All cancellations must be submitted in writing via email to info@naturalannieessentials.com

Cancellations made more than 14 days prior to the event may receive a refund of payments made excluding the non-refundable reservation payment.

Cancellations made within 5 days of the event are not eligible for a refund, and the full agreed-upon balance remains due.

Private events may be rescheduled up to two (2) times, subject to availability.
-
Reschedule requests must be made at least 5 days prior to the original event date.
-
No-shows result in full forfeiture of all payments.
Weather Conditions

In cases of extreme or unforeseen circumstances (severe weather, natural disasters, pandemics, etc.), a mutual agreement will be reached regarding rescheduling. Refunds are not guaranteed.
3. Booking Confirmation, Communication & Session Minimum Policy

It is the guest’s responsibility to review their booking confirmation and all follow-up communications prior to their scheduled experience.

All official communication regarding bookings, schedule changes, or session updates will be sent via email to the address provided at checkout.

NaturalAnnie Essentials is not responsible for missed communications due to guests failing to check their email, spam folders, or booking details.
Session Minimum Requirement

Our Candle Bar sessions require a minimum of five (5) guests to proceed.
-
If a session has low bookings (fewer than 5 guests), NaturalAnnie Essentials reserves the right to reschedule or move the session.
-
Guests will be notified at least 24 hours in advance if a session needs to be rescheduled due to low enrollment.
-
Notification will be sent by email. Failure to review this email does not exempt guests from this policy.
4. Guest Count (Private Parties)

Final guest count must be submitted at least 2 business days prior to the event.
-
Additional guests may be accommodated based on availability.
-
Reductions in guest count after the deadline do not reduce the total amount due.
5. Duration of Event & Additional Time
- All public candle making experiences lasts for 1.5 hrs
- Private candle-making experiences also lasts for 1.5 hours. Additional time may be added at $100 per hour, subject to availability.

Setup and breakdown time are included in your booked time.

Guests must arrive and depart on time.
-
Parties of 20+ guests are strongly encouraged to book additional time to ensure a smooth experience.
6. Materials & Supplies

All standard candle-making materials and supplies are included.
-
Custom requests may incur additional fees.
7. Food, Beverages & Alcohol
-
Outside food and beverages are permitted.
-
Alcohol may be allowed in accordance with local regulations.
-
Any permits or compliance requirements related to alcohol are the client’s responsibility.
-
Excessive intoxication will not be tolerated.
8. Set-Up, Clean-Up & Decorations
-
NaturalAnnie Essentials staff will handle standard setup and cleanup.
-
Clients are responsible for any additional decorations brought in.
-
All personal decorations must be removed by the end of the event.
9. Conduct & Damage
-
All guests are expected to behave respectfully and follow staff instructions.
-
Disruptive behavior or failure to follow safety guidelines may result in removal without refund.
-
Any damage to the space, equipment, or materials caused by the client or guests is the financial responsibility of the client.
10. Liability
-
Participation in the candle making experience is at your own risk.
-
NaturalAnnie Essentials is not liable for injuries, loss, or damage to personal property during the event.
11. Photography & Promotion
-
NaturalAnnie Essentials reserves the right to photograph or record events for Marketing and promotional use only.
-
Guests who do not wish to be included must notify staff upon arrival.
12. Agreement
By booking the candle making experience the client confirms they have read, understood, and agreed to all policies outlined above.
