CUSTOMER HAPPINESS

POSITION: Customer Happiness

TERM: Part-Time (20-25hrs weekly)

LOCATION: Bridgeport, CT with a possibility of being Virtual

START DATE: ASAP

We are seeking a part-time member to join our Customer Happiness team where your main job is as the title states- keeping our customers happy!  This role will coordinate with our team lead and the CEO to develop and maintain an ongoing customer service system for NaturalAnnie Essential’s retail and wholesale customers. Your primary goal is to ensure that our customers are happy, responded to in a prompt manner, and given the full NaturalAnnie Essentials experience.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Catering to our customer’s needs via email inquiries Monday-Friday. Answer customer emails daily (within 2 hours?)
  • Manage our 3 inboxes: regular, wholesale account, Etsy
  • Keep our FAQ database updated in trello
  • Create invoices for customers as needed
  • Work with team lead and ceo to determine outreach strategies
  • Create and manage a streamlined customer service experience
  • Clearly and accurately communicate details of our process, terms, and requirements to the customer  to ensure expectations are met 
  • Share learnings across the team to improve effectiveness and identify new opportunities for growth

 

REQUIREMENTS

  • Must have 1-2 years of professional experience, preferably in a customer-facing role
  • Must have a sense of urgency
  • Must have experience using Shopify and Etsy.
  • Experience with FAIRE a huge plus
  • Must be able to understand invoices and familiar with eCommerce transactions
  • You are a superb and persuasive communicator
  • You are a self-starter with a natural tendency to take action day after day.
  • You are professionally persistent and are not flustered by rejection.
  • You are reliable and trustworthy...and don't make excuses.

SOCIAL MEDIA MAVEN

POSITION: Social Media Maven

TERM: Part-Time (20-25hrs weekly)

LOCATION: Bridgeport, CT/ Virtual

START DATE: ASAP

We are currently seeking a social media maven to join our team! You will be the voice of our community through our social media channels. As our social media maven you will be responsible for communicating with our online community, providing feedback and growing our social media presence. This position is for someone who enjoys and understands social media. Your focus will be on Instagram, TikTok, Facebook and Pinterest.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Create, schedule and post to our social media channels daily 
  • Some Editing and content writing
  • Communicate and interact with our online community
  • Grow and be interactive in our Facebook group
  • Work closely with the CEO to develop social media campaigns
  • Develop monthly reports on social media accounts performance, growth and trends
  • Monitor the company social media accounts and interact with users
  • Analyze the long term needs of the company’s social media strategy

REQUIREMENTS

  • Previous experience managing business social media accounts
  • Knowledge of Canva or Adobe suite
  • Knowledge of Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, and TikTok
  • Knowledge of Later or Planoly
  • Must have a sense of urgency
  • Strong willingness to learn
  • Strong attention to detail & exceptional organizational skills

PRODUCTION ASSISTANT

POSITION: Production Assistant

TERM: Part-Time/ Seasonal (20-25hrs weekly)

LOCATION: Bridgeport, CT

START DATE: ASAP

We are seeking seasonal/part-time team members to join our production team where you will assist the team in all stages of our candle production which includes, but is not limited to pouring, packaging, wicking, labeling etc. While this position is mainly in production, we are seeking someone who is highly motivated to learn other areas of our candle business and grow with us.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Responsible for all stages of the candle production: wicking and labeling jars, pouring, packaging, restocking the shelves, and inventory
  • Maintain raw material inventory and communicate inventory levels with production lead
  • Work alongside the production team to meet production goals 
  • Receive and unpack inventory from suppliers
  • Light housekeeping duties as the candle production area gets waxy and messy
  • Quality control-ensuring all candles are clean, labeled, trimmed, and in perfect condition for our customers
  • Assist with other studio duties as required

REQUIREMENTS

    SHIPPING SPECIALIST

    POSITION: Shipping Specialist

    TERM: Part-Time (20-25hrs weekly)

    LOCATION: Bridgeport, CT

    We are seeking a part-time team member to join our shipping team where you will be responsible for order fulfillment. This role will coordinate with the shipping team lead to fulfill orders from our various platforms. Your primary goal is to ensure that our customers receive their orders accurately, safely and with the full NaturalAnnie Essentials experience.

    RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Printing orders from our systems and reviewing invoices to fulfill orders
    • Pull and package customer orders for shipping
    • Quality control-ensuring all candles are clean, labeled, polished, and in perfect condition for our customers
    • Monitor and maintain candle inventory and communicate inventory levels with the production team
    • Keep inventory and shelves organized 
    • Light housekeeping duties as the shipping area can get messy quickly
    • Assist with other office duties as required

    REQUIREMENTS

    • Exceptional attention to detail & organizational skill
    • Preferred experience in production/ production line for a fast-pace retail or packing company
    • Experience with Shopify and Etsy a huge plus
    • Must be able to understand invoices and familiar with eCommerce transactions
    • Quick learner with the ability to absorb extensive information on our brand's history and product offerings
    • High level of energy
    • Ability to work quickly & efficiently while maintaining the highest quality standards
